Manage Chronic Pain Workshop
Free 6 Week Workshop: July 10, 17, 24, (no class 7.31), August 7, 14, 21
10:00am-12:30pm | Adults 55+ | Plan to attend this six-week workshop if you have to manage a chronic condition, or care for someone who does. Tools and techniques will be explored for better management of chronic health conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure; ways to communicate effectively with health care professionals and family members; health care savings; and ways to enjoy an enhanced quality of life. John Jay Homestead

Thematic Tour – Women of the Jay Family
2:00 pm–3:00 pm  | Adults, Family | In celebration of the 98th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment to the US Constitution granting women the right to vote (8/18/1920), take a tour of Bedford House focused on the women who lived here. Regular admission fees apply.
This tour is offered at 2pm, Wednesday through Saturday, from August 1st through August 18th.

The purveyors of John Jay Homestead Farm Market are local farmers, bakers & craftsmen who seasonally provide a variety of fruit, produce, meats, fish, dairy products, baked goods, prepared foods and handcrafted products.
